What sizes of ice cream sticks do you supply?
Our two standard models are Model A (Mini) at 93 x 9.6 x 2 mm and Model B (Full-size) at 114 x 9.6 x 2 mm, in birch or bamboo. Other lengths and thicknesses are available on request.
Which stick is compatible with high-speed automated production lines?
Our sticks are specified to the tolerance bands these lines run on: Gram Equipment up to 48,000 sticks per hour, Tetra Pak up to 43,200 per hour, Technogel up to around 36,000 per hour, and Wuxi Danxiao or Nanjing Shanlin lines at 6,000 to 22,000 per hour. They also suit LAIeF, Snowball, Fu Chen and Catta 27 rotary or inline stick moulders.
What is the minimum order quantity for ice cream sticks?
Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per export carton. Trial quantities are available for evaluation before a full container program.
Can you print our logo on the ice cream sticks?
Yes. We offer hot stamping in one or two colours and laser engraving, on single or double sides, finished to the same FDA and LFGB food-contact requirements as the stick itself. Custom branded packaging is also available.
How do you control straightness and stop sticks jamming the line?
Two-stage polishing removes the burrs and surface irregularities that trigger misfeeds, and a 14-camera optical sorter inspects every stick inline and rejects anything outside tolerance. Curve and zig-zag are held within 2.8 mm and recorded on the COA for each lot.
What certifications and documents come with each shipment?
Every lot ships with a COA, phytosanitary and FSC certificate, and FDA (21 CFR) and LFGB declarations for direct food contact. Our facilities hold FSC, ISO 9001 and BRC certification, with SGS testing.
