10 modern production lines with 3 advanced polishing machines, 4 sorting systems, 40 fiber-optic pre-selection devices, 60 surface-processing machines and 10 high-resolution (1.3-megapixel) image selectors — meeting a daily output of 2×40 HQ containers.
YADA Dalian Headquarters & Base
A 16,500 m² standard workshop plus a 3,000 m² Class-100,000 clean room. Modern machinery and the BRC food-safety system, with automation, digital data collection and an ERP production-management system.
YADA Fujian Production Base
20+ years of bamboo-production expertise serving global markets. A 42,000 m² factory with highly automated, intelligent pre-product bamboo processing lines, Andon systems and ERP management.
