Every batch is checked for dimensions, smoothness and food-contact safety before shipment, and laser engraving is available for private-label branding.

Wooden ice cream sticks are produced from FSC-certified birch wood through log selection and steaming, veneer slicing, precision punching, drying, polishing, sorting, quality control and packaging. Surface smoothness and consistent dimensions are checked before packing so the sticks run smoothly in automatic ice cream machines.
Where do YADA Industrial's bamboo and birch wood raw materials come from?
Bamboo comes from more than 666 hectares of managed bamboo plantations in Nanping, Fujian, where mature bamboo is harvested on a controlled cycle. Birch wood is sourced from responsibly managed forests with FSC-traceable supply chains, supported by an overseas raw-wood buffer base.
Are YADA Industrial's materials and factory FSC-certified and food-contact safe?
Yes. YADA Industrial holds FSC, FDA, LFGB, BRC, SEDEX, GMP and ISO 9001 certifications, and production runs in a 3,000 square metre Class 100,000 cleanroom inside the Dalian headquarters. Certificate files ship with samples and full order documentation.
What quality checks are used during production?
Quality is checked at every stage. Products are inspected for dimensions, thickness, moisture, weight, shape and appearance, and AI image sorting with 1.3 MP cameras supports layered QC on the production lines. Laboratory tests cover key physical, chemical and microbiological indicators for food-contact products.
Can YADA Industrial provide OEM and private-label manufacturing?
Yes. YADA Industrial supports OEM and private-label projects with laser engraving, hot stamping, custom packaging, custom molds for sizes and shapes, and combined meal kits. Branding is applied after polishing, and packaging can be tailored to e-commerce or food-service requirements.
How many production bases does YADA Industrial have?
YADA Industrial operates three integrated bases: the 16,500 square metre Dalian headquarters founded in 1996 for birch wood products, an 88,600 square metre bamboo base in Fujian with 16+ years of bamboo production, and an overseas raw-wood semi-finished base that keeps buffer stock ready.
