Palletized, tolerance-checked, and built for one thing — keeping your ice cream line running without a hitch

Last week we loaded another full container bound for Spain — 2,050 cartons of 114×10×2mm ice cream sticks, about 54 cubic meters, all palletized and ready to ship. Each carton holds 10,000 sticks, packed 50 pieces per bundle across 200 bundles. Every one of them is headed for a Spanish ice cream factory's automatic production line.

Not a Craft Order — A Production-Line Order

This buyer isn't a small shop. They're an ice cream manufacturer running automatic stick-insertion lines, where sticks feed in by the thousands and any hiccup stops the whole line. For a plant like that, a stick isn't just a stick — it has to be exactly right, every single time.

Why Our Sticks Don't Jam the Machine

It comes down to how we build every stick. Here's the process, step by step:

Process What we control Why your line stays clear
Precision punching + 40-ton high-pressure forming Every stick comes out with uniform thickness, held to a tolerance of +0.1 / -0.2 mm. No feeder-gap mismatch — sticks seat evenly and feed without binding.
Two-stage polishing (first + second pass) Edges are sanded smooth in two passes, splinter-free by design, with machine-grade round or bevelled edge options. They seat cleanly in automatic feeders instead of catching or snagging.
Warp grading + advanced sorting before packing Curve, zig-zag and cup are measured stick by stick — within 2.8 mm, 2.8 mm and 2.5 mm — and any out-of-shape stock is graded out here. Off-shape sticks are removed before they can jam your dosing head.
Kiln drying to 12% or below, moisture tested per batch Every batch is kiln-dried and moisture-tested, held at or below 12%. Dimensions stay stable through freezing, thawing and humid seasons — no swelling or shrinking on your line.
Fiber-optic pre-selection + 1.3-megapixel image sorting Selection machines and a pre-selection station auto-remove cracks, chips and dust. Only defect-free sticks move forward, so nothing breaks or clogs the feeder.
Tight dimensional tolerances Length within ±1 mm and width within ±0.5 mm. Consistent enough that, in our own specs, we call them non-jamming.

Made Every Day, Shipped Every Week

None of this is a one-off. The photo below shows the machine we use to bundle the sorted sticks — once they pass inspection, the sticks are tied into neat bundles, then cartoned and loaded. Production runs every single day: we keep sorting, keep bundling, and keep loading containers out the door. That steady rhythm is how we protect two things at once — the quality of every stick, and the extra profit room we create for every customer we ship to.
