In its continued focus on production quality and employee safety, YADA held a comprehensive machine operation training. The training aimed to improve employees' proficiency in the use of various machines in the workshop and to reiterate safety precautions during operation to ensure efficient production while reducing the risk of accidents.
The training was conducted by the head of our production department, and included new employees as well as some employees who needed to refresh their old knowledge. The training covered a wide range of topics from basic machine maintenance to complex operating procedures to ensure that every aspect of the training meets the company's high standards.
The training began with a brief introduction to YADA's production philosophy and quality policy by the head of the production department, emphasizing the importance of proper machine operation and the direct impact it has on improving product quality and ensuring the safety of individuals and colleagues.
The training then moved into a more practical phase. The employees were guided to the various machines and were shown how to set up and operate them one by one by experienced technicians. After the hands-on demonstrations, employees were given the opportunity to operate the machines themselves, with the technicians guiding them to ensure that each employee mastered the correct operating techniques. During the practice sessions, safety officers constantly made rounds to correct unsafe operating behaviors in a timely manner to ensure the safety of the training.
In addition to basic operating methods, the training also emphasized the knowledge of routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Technicians explained in detail the importance of regularly checking the lubrication system, tightening screws and replacing worn parts. With this kind of maintenance, the machine failure rate can be significantly reduced and the service life of the equipment can be extended.
An important part of the training is the response in case of emergency. Several possible emergencies were simulated, such as overheating of the machine or circuit failure, and the employees were guided by the instructors to learn how to deal with these emergencies quickly and safely.
At the end of the training, the head of the production department made a concluding speech, in which he expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm for learning and practical ability shown by everyone, and emphasized the importance of continuous learning and skill enhancement. He mentioned, "Only by continuously improving our professional skills and safety awareness can we maintain our competitiveness in the industry and ensure safe production for everyone."
The hands-on training not only improved employees' operational skills and safety awareness, but also further strengthened team cohesion. YADA will continue to invest in employee training and development to ensure that every employee can maximize their potential in their position, and work together to drive the company towards higher standards.
