Nonconforming products at YADA are identified, labeled, isolated and either reworked or scrapped before they can reach you. This covers incoming materials, in-process items, finished goods, warehouse stock and returns. Failed items are marked, labeled with reasons and segregated. Repairable items are reworked and re-inspected by QC before continuing. Unrepairable items scrapped; bad raw materials returned to supplier.
