CUSTOMER STORY · PAKISTAN I am the project lead at an education procurement company in Pakistan, buying birch sticks for a school craft-kit project. Economy grade is exactly what this use calls for: craft work does not need a food-service appearance, and a little natural grain makes no difference to how the sticks are used — and it keeps our purchase cost in check at the same time. On top of that, it was a rush order, and YADA Industrial got all 250,000 sticks into our warehouse in 14 days.Education-Use Birch Sticks: Economy Grade Is the Right Fit — Rush Order in 14 Days

EDUCATION USE · RUSH ORDER RESPONSE 7 September I needed 250,000 birch sticks for school craft kits, and they had to be in our warehouse within 14 days — the project date was not going to wait. Spec discussion School craft work is judged on whether the stick does the job, not on a food-service appearance. Economy grade matches this use exactly: natural grain does not affect craft work, and the price is a better fit. Packing was set at 200 sticks per PE bag, 50 bags per carton. 10 September Once size, lead time and factory price were agreed, I paid the same day and the production plan started at the same time. Schedule moved up The original plan was to reach the warehouse on 9/30; because it was a rush order, both sides moved the date up to 9/25 and re-ran production. The comparison is below. 21 September The bulk order was finished and shipped on time, with shipping photos sent over so the progress was visible. 24 September The goods reached our warehouse with quantity, packing, and timing all meeting spec — everything the tender needed was in place. GRADE MATCH Economy grade, as photographed: natural grain, dark knots and small splits, all from different parts of the log. None of it affects craft use — this is exactly the grade this use should have. REAL PHOTOS AS PROOF Arrival confirmed: the goods reached our warehouse on 24 September, checked and accepted — the sticks urgently needed for the tender were in place on time. What I received was not just these 250,000 sticks — it was a collaboration where the grade matched, the cost stayed under control, and the deadline was still met. Economy grade is what education-use sticks should have been anyway, and the grain and knots do not affect class use; the rush order also reached the warehouse on time. For the first time, a rush order like mine finally felt reassuring. MY ADVICE Does economy grade have too many natural marks for craft use? I asked about this at the start too. Their answer was direct: school craft work is judged on whether the stick works, and does not need a food-service appearance. About 7-8% of economy-grade sticks carry natural marks (grain, dark knots, small splits), all from different parts of the log, and none of it affects craft use; the grade matched, and the purchase cost was controlled along with it. Can 14 days from order to warehouse really be done? Yes. We originally set 9/30 to warehouse, and because it was a rush order the date moved up to 9/25. Paid on 9/10 with production the same day, shipped 9/21, in the warehouse 9/24 — photos were sent at every stage, so it was transparent throughout. How were the packing and quantities arranged? 250,000 sticks = 1,250 bags × 200 per PE bag, 50 bags per carton. We confirmed a 100-per-bag sample first, then changed to 200 per bag with packing photos attached, and finally shipped 50 bags per carton. Tell us the use, the size, the quantity, and the warehouse date. How to choose the grade, how to control the cost, how to schedule the lead time — we set it all out in one go, with every step visible. How 250,000 Sticks Got to Our Warehouse in 14 Days
